Home Rule Return Policy
We accept non sale or discounted items purchased at Home Rule for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if the item is in original condition and packaging.
- There are no returns or exchanges for sale items purchased at the February Lost Love or August Dog Days Sidewalk Sale
- Seasonal items returned after customary use date will be discounted to current retail price.
Return policy regarding Electrics:
All Electrics (any item with a plug) MUST be accompanied by the original receipt. We cannot return OR exchange any electrics without the original receipt.
Return policy regarding Chilewich Floormats:
Returns and exchanges are accepted 7 days from purchase date. Receipt and original packaging required for full refund. Any floormat returned past 7 days will receive store credit only.
Special Order items are a final sale, there are no refunds or exchanges.
Any item returned other then an defective item must be in the condition purchased with the original retail packaging in place if any. Otherwise Home Rule has the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Any item charged to a Credit Card
can only be refunded back to the card it was charged on.
