In Store Purchases
You can return any item purchased at Home Rule for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if the item is in orginal condition and packaging.
There is no return or exchanges for sale items purchased at the February Lost Love or August Dog Days Sale.

Return policy regarding Chilewich Floormats:
Returns and exchanges accepted 7 days from purchase date. Receipt and original packaging required for full refund. Any floormat returns past 7 days will receive store credit only.
HomeRule.com Purchases
You can return any item that you are not satisfied with at our expense for up to 30 days from signed delivery. However, you must first contact customerservice@homerule.com within that 30 days, and request an authorization for return and a mailing return label. No refunds or exchanges will be made until the returned goods have actually been received into our warehouse.
*Please Note*
All items returned other then defective items must be
in the condition purchased with original retail packaging
in place. Otherwise Home Rule has the right to refuse a
refund or exchange.
Any item charged to a Credit Card
can only be refunded back to the card it was charged on.
